Every bangle boasts a distinct design, blending charm and luxury. Some pieces, such as the antique sterling silver sugar tongs, will retain their original hallmark, and where this original hallmark is visible, a legal "Change of Use" process has been followed, resulting in an Assay Office certificate, unique serial number, and our Sheffield registered assay hallmark with every piece. Each decade through history brought it's own fashion which is reflected in the design of each sugar tong. Retaining these exquisite detailed designs in our repurposed sugar tong bracelets, is a beautiful way to honour these pieces.

The "Change of Use" process is only necessary for items which continue to display their original hallmark, whilst all of our sterling silver bangles will feature our Brown Spotty Dog Sheffield registered assay hallmark. 

Many of our contemporary bangles incorporate elements of original silver teaspoons. We explore a specific year at a time, creating a collection of limited and unique pieces, repurposing the antique sterling silver. These bangles have such a beautiful blend of modern design with a classic elegance. Our 'Knot' design is one of my favourite pieces displaying the antique silver straight from the spoon and hand forging it around the recycled silver bangle. This process retains the original teaspoon aesthetic, enabling all that history, detail and charm to be worn with pride. Each one specific to the time period of each collection.

Our silver plate pieces do not require hallmarking or the "Change of Use" process. These are mostly repurposed EPNS sugar tongs, but sometimes the base metal will be unknown. These pieces have all been carefully chosen for their detailing and naturally beauty. 

With all of our items of jewellery, we take pride in looking after each piece. These were once treasured family pieces and were built to last. Each one carries a story and sentimentality which we really try hard to look after. Every bracelet and bangle is lovingly handmade. We give every piece of silver and silver plate jewellery a beautiful silver treatment and gentle but thorough clean and polish.
